Our client is a successful, internationally active trading company that continues to expand through dedicated employees and strong customer orientation. To strengthen the IT consulting team at the Vienna location, which offers excellent public transport connections, our client is looking for a motivated SAP FICO Consultant to support and drive finance-related SAP solutions.SAP FICO Consultant Vienna I Hybrid

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to design and implement SAP FICO solutions tailored to business needs.
• Conduct client workshops to understand financial and controlling processes, gather requirements, and provide best-practice recommendations.
• Analyze, configure, and customize SAP FICO modules, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP components.
• Train users and provide post-go-live support to ensure smooth system operation.
• Define system architecture and technology stacks related to SAP FICO.
• Support finance teams in optimizing their SAP landscape, including S/4HANA transformations

Your Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Finance, or a comparable qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP consulting, with a focus on SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling).
• Strong understanding of finance and controlling processes, including GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
• Experience with S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of additional SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with business processes and industry-specific financial requirements.
• Team player with an independent, solution-oriented work style.
• Fluency in German is required; English is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements.
